DJ NRIKE (Sweden)

Dj Nrike was born in Havana, Cuba, where cha cha cha, salsa, son, timba, mambo, rumba and more have their roots as well. Dj Nrike is a Dj with diploma. He has collaborated with famous orqhestras such as Elito Revé (Cuba), Oscar de Leon (Venezuela), Euro Cuban All Stars (Cuba/Europe), Huey Dumbar D.L.G (Puerto Rico), La Charanga Habanera (Cuba), Pupy (Cuba), Charanga Forever (Cuba), Maikel Blanco (Cuba), Calle Real (Sweden) and many more. Acording to hosts, promoters, band members and professional dancers, Dj Nrike is one of the few Dj´s who can satisfy all kinds of salsadancers with different backrounds and styles just by playing different Cuban rhythms.

DJ RAIN (Estonia/ Tallinn)

Prior to salsa, Rain collected and listened to funk, soul, jazz and Brazilian CDs and LPs. Since getting to dance salsa, he has devoted himself entirely to the Latin music genre. Rain has deejayed salsa already for 5 years, first at socials and then in various emerging salsa spots in Tallinn. Throughout this time, he has been growing with the Estonian salsa scene, learning from it and pushing its musical boundaries. He has been invited to play at international salsa festivals in Tallinn (2009, 2010, 2011), Vilnius (2011, 2012), Riga (2010, 2011, 2012), London and also deejayed in Brussels and Helsinki. Rain is a recognised guest DJ at big salsa events in Riga and Vilnius and a resident DJ for 2 weekly salsa nights in Tallinn. It is with sheer joy and dedication that Rain shares his love for salsa music and its best/most passionate aspects with all the fellow-dancers.

DJ Don C

Carlos has been in Baila Baila almost since the beginning of the dance school. Carlos's always sunny demeanour and clear style of teaching draw the halls of Baila full of students. Many come to his lessons regularly to seek help in the couple salsa and rueda patterns. He is also an extremely popular and sought after instructor elsewhere in Finland, and in Europe as well. Since the year 2000 Carlos has been spending more time also behind the DJ desk and has been DJ:ing in domestic and international salsa partys, for example in Estonia and Germany. Carlos likes to play instruments like maracas, claves and guiro to give some boost to the music. Whenever DJ Don C is spinning the disks, the party is deffinitely on both sides of the desk!
