Do you long for a new fun hobby that simultaneously makes you smile, exercise and challenges you? You don’t need previous experience to attend these danceclasses, everything starts from the absolute basics. The lessons are suitable for everyone no matter the age, sex or shape!

Couple lessons can be attended without a partner; the partners are switched throughout the lesson so everyone gets to dance with a partner

You can buy multiple tickets at once to avoid queuing between classes and can proceed straight to the next class.

Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in. Light soled indoorshoes are the best option seen as outdoor shoes are not allowed. Women don’t necessarily need high heels but they can be worn if one wishes. If you attend more than one class, please bring shirts that you can change to in between. Especially in couple classes, it’s good to stay fresh!

WELCOME TO DANCE!

The lessons will be held in Baila Baila premises, Eerikinkatu 27, 00180 Helsinki, about 5mins from Kamppi metrostation.  All rooms have mirrors and a dancemat. Showers and sauna are both available in the changing rooms.

Danceschool Baila Baila is the oldest salsa danceschool in Finalnd and offers the broadest selection of danceclasses in Helsinki. During autumn- and springseason, over 100 lessons are held in a week by 15 different teachers.
